Cleaner/ Communal Cleaner

My cleint requires an experience and professional cleaner to join their maintenance team based from Wood Green.

Job role: Cleaner required to work with Wood Green based Housing Association, work will include cleaning and sanitising of communal areas on properties across the Wood Green and wider region. Work will be carried out in teams of two to three cleaners

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Wood Green, London, N22 6HE

Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Pay rate: £13 per hour moving to £24,500 after 12 weeks.

Duration: 12 week temporary to permanent contract.

Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience
* Able to work in a team
* Hard working and reliable
* Driving licence is essiential
