Our Facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for.Constantly evolving its defence services to meet the needs of today’s military, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), supported by its partner Sodexo, has launched ‘Village’ – a new concept that incorporates one stop catering, retail and leisure facilities at Worthy Down Station in Hampshire.Due to continued growth and professional development, we are seeking a Cleaning Manager.We have a large on-site cleaning team at Worthy Down consisting of 2 supervisors, 2 admin staff and 45 cleaners which are accountable for both domestic and commercial cleaning including; Senior Personnel Accommodation, the gym, all communal areas, Toilets and Shower rooms.You will be responsible for overseeing all staff and cleaning operations including accounts and Health and Safety to ensure all our contractual KPIs are adhered to and met on time with highest standards.You will lead by example with credibility and conducting yourself with integrity at all times in line with the expectation of the Military Personnel based upon site.For full details please see the job descriptionAll offers are subject to full security clearance checks.  Ready to be part of something greater?
