Role Description:We are seeking diligent, detail-oriented Cleaning Operatives to join our esteemed team. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be entrusted with maintaining the impeccable standards we promise our clientele, ensuring that each space is not just clean, but a reflection of our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning Duties:

Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
Making beds and changing linens.
Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.
Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry.
Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces.
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.

Specialized Cleaning: Tailoring your approach based on the nuances of offices, restaurants, or new build properties, understanding the unique demands of each.

Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all company guidelines, safety protocols, and ensuring the use of provided personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest cleaning techniques and best practices to deliver optimal results.

Team Collaboration: Working harmoniously with fellow operatives and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Qualities:

• A commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of cleanliness and client service.
• Prior experience in cleaning roles is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Title: Cleaner

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Refill soap dispensers and paper products as needed
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
