Part Time Cleaning Operative

Part Time - 3 days per week - TBC

Team Cleaning and Laundry Room

Permanent - Immediate start

Starting Rate: £11.44 per hour - Wages are age sensitive.

Start and finish location: 1 Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, Cardiff, CF15 7RA

Working days: 3 days per week

Working hours: 8:45am-Variable finish times

Including a 30 minute break each day.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Pay rate is age sensitive and depending on experience but exceeds the National Minimum wage. Once trained, if you are good at your job, your wages will be enhanced.
• You will also be cleaning the premises and cleaning houses and offices in a team with a supervisor and other staff who will train you up to Ladybirds cleaning standards.
• Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to progress to a supervisor position if you are reliable, good eye for detail, team leader abilities and a good problem solver.
• We may also offer extra hours and shifts which is optional.

Expected hours: 20 per week
