We are currently looking for Cleaning Operatives to join our facility in Plymouth on a full-time to maintain excellent levels of housekeeping throughout the premises which includes factory and offices.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining good housekeeping levels throughout the premises, especially ensuring Walkways/Fire Exits/Fire Extinguishers are Accessible, Safe & Clutter Free.
- General Cleaning duties in office and factories.
- Cleanliness and hygiene of toilets, ensuring consumables are stocked. Actively managing the the premises.
- Emptying factory waste bins – Including strategically placing them around the factories to optimise employee usage.
- Being responsible for securing the premises, setting alarms, shutting down factory at the end of a shift.
- Maintaining waste streams, segregating waste when needed.
- Emptying dust booth extraction units and compressor condensate collections
- Targeting areas of clutter.
- Operating waste compactor.
- Performing deep cleans to target specific areas that need attention.
You will have:
- Fastidious approach to housekeeping.

- Experience within a similar role.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strong sense of pride.
- Willing to support the safety team by being flexible and willing at times to work beyond contracted hours.
