Cleaning Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings and leading a team of office and factory cleaners. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customers and staff.

you should possess strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain high standards throughout the facility and also be confident in liaising with the client.

Your working times are Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, must be willing to do overtime and cover for holidays or sickness.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and waiting areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
