We are hiring for a Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our excellent housekeeping service and ensure that guests receive exceptional service.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, creating a positive work environment for employees, and developing and implementing new cleaning strategies.

As our Cleaning Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service possible, while leading a team of passionate and dedicated individuals.

The Role
- Ensure all necessary processes and procedures are in place and adhered to
- Ensuring and manage attendance of staff
- Recruit, induct, train, and motivate staff to achieve required standards of performance
- Ensure all staff maintains safe working practices through implementation of Company Health & Safety standards
- Ensure the delivery of cleaning meets the agreed standards & site specifications through the completion of cleaning schedules
- Responsible for ensuring adequate consumables, materials and services are maintained
- Be responsible for reporting and monitoring poor performance and conduct
- Ensure all areas are kept clean through operatives completing job schedules
- Ensure all work orders are responded to quickly and efficiently
About You
- Experience in leading a Cleaning Team
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving License Required
- Experience in a cleaning role
- Experience in resource management
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
