This role is for the Cleanroom Support Technician. As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for being the Support Technician within the Single Use Team / Cleanroom Environment. Regular Preventative Maintenance of Manufacturing equipment. As the Support Technician, work closely with Cleanroom Team Leaders / Operators / Operations / Quality team. To have extensive knowledge of all the Cleanroom equipment / processes. They will support in the development process stage, from design concept / GA Drawings / Structures / SOP’s / Testing – Test Reports / Packaging, through to the finished product. Ensuring that any modifications / Engineering changes are captured through the ECR Process. As part of their role, they will be working closely with the Cleanroom lead Engineer with the expansion of the New Cleanroom Facility / Single Use Products / growth within the business. Working closely also alongside the Cleanroom Team Leaders / Operations to ensure that Change Tooling / Equipment is maintained / prepped ready to produce the next manufacturing orders. Validation knowledge is preferred, as part of the role does require some drafting of IQ/OQ/PQ Validation documents. Although not essential, as training will be given to the candidate.
Main Duties:
- Create standard SOPs / Quality procedures for cleanroom products and processes.
- Use quality procedures (including ECR/ECNs/N/Cs), to document and implement quality and performance improvements.
- Support with Validation of Equipment.
- Champoining & Performing Preventative Maintenance / updating records for Cleanroom Manufacturing Processes.
- Managing spare parts for the clean room equipment
- Support of Structures (winman creation)
- Identify Process improvements / Action with the team
- Observe and support the company health and safety policy and promptly report any concerns or incidents.
Quality Assurance
- Follow all company procedures and Health and Safety policies.
Research and Development
- Support in the development of new products, test product improvements and new product designs through from concept to production, including the generation of all documentation, drawings, and sales support where required.
- Produce clear, detailed and logical test reports, for both internal and external distribution.
- Participate in team meetings
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Key Competencies
- Ensure that all Maintenance procedures are recorded / Documented in SharePoint
- Implement a system for managing / ordering of Cleanroom Machine Spares
- Ensure Machine Processes / Performance are maintained to achieve maximum output
