The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a resourceful and highly effective Clerical Assistant to join our friendly office
team. The academy was inspected in March 2019 and judged as continuing to be ‘good’.

You will be first point of contact for visitors and your duties will include:
• Reception duties.
• Clerical work including supporting parents of new pupils to school.
• Updating of Academy website.
• General Administration tasks including stock monitoring and receiving orders.
•Money management including outstanding payments.
Are you:
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages?
Able to demonstrate an understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children?
Do you:
Enjoy working in a busy environment?
Have previous reception or clerical experience
