Clerical Assistant

If so, this role is for you.I am currently working on an exciting opportunity to join a busy department, working as an Clerical Assistant. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm paying £11.44, based in Coventry. The duration of this assignment for approx. 6 months, but may be extended.You will be assisting the department with a new project, and be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, surrounding payslips, pay queries, general administrative duties and adhoc support for the wider team.The successful candidate will:Handle incoming callsTake charge and resolve incoming complaints and queriesRedirect cases to the relevant departmentsAdditional admin support to the wider team Clerical support updating internal systems and reports In return, Reed offer all our PAYE temporary staff specialised consultant support, an extensive benefit scheme, holiday pay and pension contribution.
