Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 2b - Fixed.
In this workstyle work is regularly undertaken at a fixed point within council premises. There is no requirement for out of office working. You will have a guaranteed shared desk and you will work where the service is needed to meet customer demands.
You will work as part of a team with in the Homelessness Support Service. The Clerical Officer’s role is to manage phone calls and queries from service users, members of the public and other services and organisations along with general clerical duties including managing service user files, inputting care plans and reviews on internal computer systems.
You will support the Team Leader and Case Manager in maintaining and ensuring a high standard of work is achieved and contribute towards the team’s objectives of delivering a quality service.
