Clerk of Works job working for an established consultancy working on residential projects in South London. Our client is looking to speak with candidates who have experience conducting stock condition surveys as well as having a keen eye for detail. Offering a salary of up to £49,000 + Company Car.

Our client is an established consultancy who provide services for more than 5,000 active clients across the UK and beyond. They are now looking to build upon their busy London team with a Clerk of Works who can handle stock condition surveys. The successful candidate will be working on multiple projects across the South London area.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough stock condition surveys within occupied homes, assessing the overall conditions
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to enhance the overall quality standards of the housing stock
• Maintain and ensure that all data remains accurate and reliable, which in turn, is used to support asset management and compliance strategies
• Provide an exceptional level of service for clients, and colleagues
• Remain professional at all times, abiding by company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified / experienced in assessing properties to HHSRS standard
• Experience in conducting stock condition surveys is essential
• ICWCI/MICWCI is preferred (or willing to undergo training)
• CSCS card is essential
• Full UK Driving licence.
