CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER - Residential Estate Agency

Location: Leatherhead, KT22

Salary: OTE GBP26k DOE

Position: Part Time

Previous experience in Residential Lettings Accounts and book keep skills are essential for this Client Account Manager role.

The role will involve dealing with the Client Account, posting receipts from the tenants and landlords, dealing with deposits return and refund requests and making payments to landlords and contractors.

Fantastic organisational abilities, great attention to detail and previous Client accounting and booking keeping experience essential.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to provide the best possible service. This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.

Skills: The skills required for thisClient Account Manager role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Management Property Accounts
• Strong booking keeping experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Superb accounting skills
• Ability to prioritise.
• Knowledge of lettings processes & notices helpful
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Confident in liaising with other departments
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
