We are again working with a global real estate firm who are currently seeking a Client Accountant to join their Leeds office and manage a very important UK commercial portfolio.

They are looking for an organised, ambitious, and dedicated individual who can bring great accounting knowledge and experience to their team and flourish within the role.

Duties:

• Aid in service charge budgeting, reconciliation, and cash reconciliation.

• Handle rent adjustments and miscellaneous charges.

• Attend client meetings and deliver presentations on reporting.

• Generate variance analyses with accompanying explanations.

• Compile monthly and quarterly reports as needed.

• Collaborate with credit control, purchase ledger, and treasury team.

• Implement database amendments within the system.

Personal Experience:

• Service Charge / Client Accounting knowledge and experience.

• Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, adeptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
