Job Title: Client Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: Bracknell

Responsibilities:
* Frequent contact with clients via telephone, email, and letters
* Proactively respond to queries surrounding invoices and payments
* Engaging in effective negotiation to establish payment plans and settlements that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and transactions with clients, documenting payment arrangements, and updating customer information
* Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to gather information and resolve payment discrepancies.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proficient in using and learning various systems and software's
