Fully Remote working Role
Nigel Wright are supporting a growing healthcare recruitment business with their search for a remote working senior administrator.
Duties:
- Act as a client advocate and key point of contact
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge
- Keep accurate and up to date records and account notes
- Be accountable for the completion of all operational activity related to the client
- Manage the Admin Support Team
- Act as a Project Manager for key client projects
- Manage, resolve or escalate client complaint or issues as applicable
