Job description

The RoleFully Remote working RoleNigel Wright are supporting a growing healthcare recruitment business with their search for a remote working senior administrator. Duties:
  • Act as a client advocate and key point of contact
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge
  • Keep accurate and up to date records and account notes
  • Be accountable for the completion of all operational activity related to the client
  • Manage the Admin Support Team
  • Act as a Project Manager for key client projects
  • Manage, resolve or escalate client complaint or issues as applicable
