Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.
As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting an existing flow of clients in obtaining second charge loans and providing them with expert guidance throughout the process to completion.
You have a key role and will be the main point of contact for clients post quotation, providing them with exceptional customer service and administrative support through to the completion of their application
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the second charge process, addressing any questions or concerns along the way through to completion.
- Assist the clients in obtaining various lender requirements, recording explanations for various scenarios, and assisting in resolving challenges along the way.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferred in a lending environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in clerical duties and office procedures
The successful candidates will receive full training on all aspects of the role.
