About the Client Director, Digital Marketing role:
The Client Director, Digital Marketing will lead on all things digital and social media for a portfolio of the agencies mostly corporate clients.
Key responsibilities of the Client Director, Digital Marketing role:
- Create successful social media programmes/campaigns across a wide range of client accounts
- Ideate and draft insightful and engaging content with clearly defined tone of voice
- Implement reputation building and management and thought leadership programmes
- Implement influencer and micro-influencer programmes
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including segmentation of audiences
- Undertake audience analysis and recommendations to grow audiences and engagement
- Plan and implement paid media campaigns across all social channels
- Implement basic on-site and off-site SEO for content
- Deliver reports and analysis to clients
- Manage, coach and mentor Digital Executives
Key requirements of the Client Director, Digital Marketing role:
- Agency experience is a must
- B2B/Corporate client experience
- Expert with both organic and paid social
- Expert stakeholder/client management skills
