Job Title: Account Director - Client Services Team (Influencer Marketing)
Location: London, UK
Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 per annum
Role Overview: The Account Director within our Client Services Team will be a key figure in driving growth and expanding our influencer marketing campaigns. This role involves nurturing relationships with existing clients, securing new campaigns, and leveraging connections within parent companies for broader opportunities. You will be the face of our client services, leading a talented delivery team, mentoring, advising, and ensuring exceptional campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Growth: Drive growth within existing client accounts by identifying and securing new influencer marketing campaigns.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including key stakeholders in parent companies to expand business opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach the delivery team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Client Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Influencer Marketing Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of running successful campaigns.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Team Management: Experience in managing and leading delivery teams, with a focus on mentorship and development.
- Campaign Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
