Our esteemed client, a forward-thinking South-West based accounting firm, is actively searching for a Client Manager to assume a key position within their expanding practice.
As the Client Manager, you’ll serve as the cornerstone of the firms operations, facilitating communication with a diverse range of clients and ensuring smooth functioning across the board.
Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, the Client Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, nurturing growth while supervising a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, excel in client interactions, and demonstrate outstanding leadership prowess.
The responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations to optimise efficiency and facilitate growth.
- Leading and motivating the team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Providing technical support and guidance to staff as needed.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for client queries and driving new business initiatives.
The candidate:
- Hold an accountancy qualification (min AAT Level 4), ideally with previous experience in a practice environment.
- Proven experience in client and staff management.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A knack for process optimisation, with proficiency in software and systems.
- A driven and motivated attitude, with a commitment to success.
