About the Role:
As Client Manager, you'll build and maintain relationships with our valued clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing client portfolios, offering proactive advice
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Identifying additional service opportunities
- Training and developing team members
- Liaising with departments for service delivery
- Understanding client needs and fostering relationships
- Contributing to team environment and junior staff support
Our ideal candidate:
You're perfect for this role if you have:
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 2 years' client management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivation and team collaboration
- Passion for client service
