Title: Client Manger

Location: Worcester or Redditch

Salary: £55,000-£70,000 depending on experience + 10% bonus

Hybrid: Yes

A dynamic and forward-thinking accountancy, tax and advisory firm in the Worcester area are looking for a Client Manager to join their team.

About the Role

As Client Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, providing them with proactive advice and support
• Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports
• Identifying and recommending additional services to clients
• Training and developing a group of team members
• Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services
• Building strong relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their business needs
• Contributing to the team environment and supporting the development of junior staff

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

• A professional accountancy qualification or be working towards a qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• At least 1-2 year's client management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience networking and bringing in new business
