We are delighted to advertise a business administration position supporting The Business Relationship Team who are based at the Independent Living Centre at Leechmere, Sunderland, delivering administrative and project support to a range of transactional and organisational functions across the company as well as a First Point of Contact into our Leechmere site.
1 x 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Business Support Assistant, Grade 2 – Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months.
The successful candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for providing effective, efficient, and responsive Business Support functions. A good communicator, able to demonstrate a flexible approach to supporting colleagues and customers, whilst striving to deliver an excellent service, the successful candidate will have a forward-thinking approach and be able to adapt well in a changing environment.
They must be able to meet the physical demands of the post when required, which may include a level of manual handling, and have good computer skills including an understanding of the use of MS Office packages.
All employees are expected to adhere to Sunderland Care and Support policies and procedures including those relating to health and safety, data protection and information governance.
The successful candidate will be supported via Sunderland Care and Support’s induction, supervision, and appraisal processes.

Good word processing skills and experience of using MS Office
Ability to take notes of meetings and record action points
