Role Overview:
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client relationships within the manufacturing sector. From understanding client needs to delivering tailored IT solutions and driving business value, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and anticipate manufacturing challenges and pain points, translating them into tailored IT and MSP solutions.
- Build and cultivate deep, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, earning their trust through active listening and clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Articulate complex technical concepts and business benefits clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Drive measurable ROI through improved productivity, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
- Manage client projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and successfully navigating challenges.
- Negotiate win-win contracts that align with client needs and optimize long-term business value.
- Utilize industry data and client-specific metrics to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing challenges and pain points, with a proven track record of delivering strategic IT solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client management or sales roles within the IT or MSP sectors, ideally with a focus on manufacturing clients.
- Grit, resilience, and tenacity to overcome challenges and consistently exceed expectations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential for highly skilled candidates with relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and infrastructure, with the ability to communicate effectively with client decision-makers.
