Join our client as a Client Onboarding Administrator, where you'll collaborate closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure top-notch service delivery to their valued accounts. Contribute to proactive business development led by the Cosource team leads, while taking charge of handling and executing RFPs and client orders from start to finish. You will be engaging with clients and stakeholders to foster and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Clients:

• Maintain relations with existing clients and develop new relationships
• Act as the first point of contact for client support queries

Operations:

• Provide management information on current projects
• Ensure accurate logging of sourced CVs
• Undertake monthly billing on key accounts
• Create documentation supporting projects
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with documentation and processes.
• Understand and manage budgets
• Provide ad hoc administration support to the senior business development team

People:

• Collaborate across all areas to maximise contribution to the department and clients
• Serve as a role model and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Work in line with the firm's values
• Seek feedback and identify learning and development needs
