Our client is a growing investment and asset management firm looking to hire a Client Onboarding Executive to join their team in London. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is experienced in client-facing roles and has knowledge of the processes necessary to introduce and onboard new clients to the firm. The ideal candidate will have existing industry knowledge and experience communicating with senior level people.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Client Onboarding Executive you will work closely with the Investor Relations team as they bring on new clients to the firm.
- Process new applications managing all AML and KYC checks
- Flag any high-risk clients to the team for further inspection
- Write and send investment documents
- Stay up to date on compliance requirements and apply to the companies processes
- Write and review adviser fee payment schedules
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, and 3rd parties regarding applications and application process
WHO YOU ARE
This role requires someone who has impeccable communication skills and can demonstrate professionalism and discretion in the workplace. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a process-orientated mind.
- Prior experience in a similar role within financial services is essential
- Able to effectively priorotise workload while working to tight deadlines
- A collaborative approach to work while being able to work independently and use your initiative
- An acute attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel Suite
