Location: Bristol (Remote)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Are you an experienced Client Payroll Administrator who can handle a large portfolio of clients?
If you are then we have a new role for you!
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of around 250 clients
- Process allocated payrolls, calculate various pay elements for client approval
- Administer pensions - set up schemes, contributions, declarations of compliance
- Maintain payroll tracker, ensure compliance with deadlines across cycles
- Process weekly/monthly CIS returns
- Administer auto-enrolment - set up schemes, track staging dates, re-enrolment
- Complete declarations of compliance, action opt-out/in notices
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client/ bureau environment.
- Strong Excel skills
- Great systems knowledge, Brightpay is highly desirable
- Strong statutory payments knowledge essential.
