Ideally, you must have at least 6-12 months experience in Financial Services or internship at a asset management house.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Complete draft client paperwork, sourcing data from internal systems and preparing document packs to send to clients.
– Support the sending, tracking, follow up and filing of documentation sent to clients.
– Liaise with internal and supplier teams to transfer all completed documentation, including identifying gaps and errors.
– A ‘Can do' attitude and a willingness to get stuck into any task that needs completing in the project.
REQUIREMENTS
– Highly organised and comfortable working with documentation and filing of records.
– Experience with large data sets in MS Excel.
– Comfort with completing documentation in MS Word and PDFs.
– Disciplined approach to administration such as file naming convention and folder structure

– Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
