Client Project Manager –Leading Global Consultancy – Central London

A leading global consultancy firm with 45 offices worldwide offering advice on the identification, assessment and recruitment of outstanding and impactful leaders to enhance long-term growth and success in now looking for a Project Manager to manage one of its principal clients
They are a leading provider of leadership solutions that drive businesses forward by helping clients prepare the C-suite to lead transformation and growth, optimize performance of executives and executive teams, and predict and develop the next-generation of C-suite leadership!
As part of the client delivery team the Project Manager is a critical member of their large-scale Client Project teams. You will work alongside in-house consultants, providing comprehensive project management, to guide key stakeholders through a seamless end-to-end process to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. For each project they will support the design and implementation, as well as monitoring a project plan incorporating, but not limited to, status reports, communication plan, and coordination of assessments and project resources.
Key Project Management duties:
- Strong understanding of core service offerings and is able to effectively contribute to designing effective programs with consultants and clients
- Collaborate with lead consultants to design, help implement and monitor a project plan
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, participants and colleagues
- Manage each phase of execution seamlessly while producing high quality deliverables
- Collaborate with Staffing to anticipate and determine appropriate resources for all project phases
- Liaison across time zones, reporting into the US office.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in project management roles within a client facing environment and with a deep expertise in typical project management methodologies, templates, tools and practices.
Qualifications& Experience
- Degree educated or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Solid program/project management experience working with external clients, preferably in a professional services organisation or other similarly service-oriented environment;
- 3+ years of related work experience is essential Experience coordinating complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders, workstreams, geographies and timelines
- Experience working for a global consultancy firm and/or experience working with executives is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and adapt to build strong, credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a global team
- Bilingual candidates with English, French and/or Spanish, in addition to their native tongue, are a plus
