I am working with an independent Scottish Law Firm who provides expert legal advice to businesses, individuals and families on a wide range of legal and tax matters.

Are you a Client Executive who has marketing experience within the legal sector?

• You'd be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing updates on relevant matters.

• Ensuring client satisfaction is key. You'd need to proactively seek feedback, address any issues promptly, and ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of service.

• Identifying opportunities to expand services to existing clients and potentially bring in new clients. This involves understanding the client's needs and how the firm's services can fulfill them.

• You'd work closely with various internal teams such as legal, finance, and marketing to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Staying informed about industry trends, legal developments, and market conditions that may impact clients' businesses or needs.

• Implementing strategies to retain existing clients and foster long-term relationships. This may involve organizing client events, providing educational resources, or offering personalised services.

Overall, the role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams within the organization.
