We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic law firm based in a prime location in London! Working hours are 08:30 to 16:30 (flexibility required).
You'll provide an accurate, friendly, and efficient service ensuring that every job or request is delivered to the very highest standards, getting the best results for our clients and growing their business with them.
Your key responsibilities:
- Proofreading documents
- Schedule and reschedule meetings and conference rooms including the coordination of catering, room set-ups, furniture, and equipment requirements, working in partnership with other departments that provide services to the conference center.
- Engage with clients both verbally and in writing to build genuine working relationships, taking ownership of work for that client
- Ensure all billing is completed accurately and to the deadline
- Build good relationships and attend meetings when required with Client Managers/Client Relationship Directors
- Builds strong relationships with the media to provide the most up-to-date advice, as well as support with media negotiations
- Reception duties
What they are looking for:
You'll have proven experience in a law firm working in customer service, reception, and administration.
As a minimum, you'll need:
- Strong customer service skills
- Law firm experience
- A good knowledge of administration
- A proactive, professional and team-spirited attitude
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Communication skills
- Strong proof-reading skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and balance tight deadlines
