Key Responsibilities:
Client Services Element:
- Assist in handling new enquiries and prospects, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Address existing client enquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer care.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients into the business.
- Manage and coordinate client appointments and reviews in collaboration with Financial Planners.
- Respond to client queries with professionalism, ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the achievement of client service standards and individual workflow and task delivery.
Business Support Element:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to Senior Financial Administrators and Operations Manager in general office administration.
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing business post.
- Handle diary management for the business as required.
- Manage incoming telephone communications with efficiency and courtesy.
- Record and manage client data on appropriate business systems and files.
- Contribute to agreed project activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Pursue continuous professional development to meet personal growth needs
