The Mobile team sit within our Product and Technology business unit and cover multiple cellular network-based products including Mobile Airtime, Data, Wireless Connectivity, IOT and various SaaS solutions. The team are responsible for sales, renewals, implementation, and servicing of our Mobile solutions.
The Client Services Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring delivery of timely and accurate billing for the Mobile team. The role will also support in resolving client service requests with network providers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Upload client billing data to portals for analysis.• Undertake anomaly analysis on client network billing.• Manage monthly calls with client base to run through bill anomaly findings.• Undertake the provisioning and disconnection of connections with o2, Vodafone and EE.• Issue resolution for clients received by phone and via ticketing system.• Providing clients with technical advice on new hardware.• Tariff advice for clients travelling abroad or expect profile changes.• Client Satisfaction Measurement and complaint handling.• Hardware ordering and invoicing.
EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years experience of working in similar role• Managing contractual performance of services within agreed SLA, and influencing action required to mitigate or remediate SLA breach.• Desired working knowledge of relevant billing and CRM related software applications
• Ideally knowledge of network-based products and services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to form productive relationships and networks at an operational level to support and maintain best service performance to clients• Ability to work independently and in a disciplined fashion in order to meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
• Desire and ability to work in a very fast moving and demanding environment• Focus on quality and detail• Strong analytical skills working with multiple forms of data• Ability to understand and adopt new technologies and tariffs in short time frames.
