GRG are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join my client's team as a Client Service Billing Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing - Generate accurate and timely client invoices based on service agreements and contracts. Conduct thorough reviews of billing data to identify discrepancies and ensure precision. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
- Client Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and clarifications. Provide detailed explanations of billing statements and resolve client concerns promptly. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Analysis and Reporting - Analyse billing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to management summarising billing activities and key performance indicators.
- Process Improvement - Continuously assess billing processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and improving efficiency. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
About You:
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in Client Services or customer support is a plus.
Job Offer:
- Remote working (once a month travel to office in Milton Keynes)
- 6 Months contract
- Up to £12.60 an hour
