The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience ideally from a professional services environment who is looking to develop their career at a progressive forward-thinking firm. The role has arisen due to the expansion of the team.
Acting as a liaison between new clients and departments, by delivering accurate information regarding the enquiry to the relevant legal department. Ensuring potential and existing clients receive the best possible customer service helping to generate repeat custom and client recommendations.
This role would suit someone who is both dedicated and driven to deliver the best levels of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients via phone and email, gaining information on their insurance requirements, creating customer accounts, and discussing their requirements;
- Dealing in a professional and confident manner at all times;
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Dealing with all correspondence that comes into the relevant email inbox;
- Responding to voicemails and answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls;
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
- Delivering excellent client service standards;
- Ensuring clients and referrers are updated in line with SLA’s;
- Liaising with the relevant parties to ensure matters are progressed;
- Handling a range of different situations and reacting accordingly with tact diplomacy and empathy;
- Actioning new instructions and preparing for client file openings;
- Acknowledging and actioning scanned documents requiring action;
- Reviewing client documents;
- Corresponding with clients, partners, and a wide range of other parties to ensure transactions are handled effectively;
- Communicating with clients regarding their legal queries and guiding them to the appropriate department;
- Ensuring that the client journey is as smooth and efficient as possible.
- Good level of IT Literacy
- Working knowledge of Case Management Systems (Proclaim - full training will be provided)
- Good telephone manner and ability to take messages
- Good typing skills
- Work well within a team
- Knowledge of firm’s postal systems (training provided)
