About the Role
Due to maternity cover, we have a Fixed Term Contract (until at least 28th February 2025) available for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our talented team.
This is a full-time position, but part time hours will be considered.
You will play a key role delivering communications campaigns and marketing initiatives for the business.
Focusing on campaign planning, you will work with the broader marketing team and our marketing agencies to create and promote campaigns which increase awareness of our products to drive sales activity.
You will be researching ideas and concepts suitable for our target audience, ensuring briefs are completed, stakeholders kept informed, and that performance of campaigns is measured against our KPIs.
About you
You will be an established marketing professional with strong campaign management experience and a background in B2B marketing.
You’ll have a natural customer focus, able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, adapting your style to suit different audiences.
You will have strong experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns and achieving KPIs.
You will also have
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Copy writing and proofreading ability.
- Great attention to detail.
- Creativity (experience of using both digital and traditional marketing tactics ).
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Results driven and strategic in nature.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Highly organised and driven, with the ability to work to deadlines and to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
Desirable experience
- Experience in a similar industry (manufacturing)
- Qualifications or evidence of traning in marketing/other written communications.
Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (part time working options are also available)
