Hybrid role, Monday and Thursday in the office, rest at home. – however, the office is open every day, if you’d prefer to work from the office!
The Position:
As a Client Services Executive, you form part of the Client Services team, working with clients to understand their strategy, challenges and nuances of their marketing needs. You’ll support on smaller accounts to commercially and strategically manage the relationship.
We’re not looking for someone with all the knowledge, this is almost a stepping-stone to be a fully-fledged Account Manager. Plenty of training and development will be provided.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with marketing agency experience, however, if you’re incredibly switched-on, have the ability to learn, positive and can strike up relationships, that’s more important to us.
Responsibilities:
- Project managing on smaller clients, assisting with comms and meetings
- Managing client feedback and expectations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities within existing agency client base
- Identifying opportunities with prospective clients and responding to inbound enquiries
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and sales lead follow-ups
- 2+ years in a client-facing role and/or marketing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Client / Account Management ability
- Proactive & Positive
- Commercially-minded and Switched-on
- Keen eye for detail
