Our Client, a Top 20 UK Accountancy firm are looking for a Client Services Executive to join their financial advisory team on a permanent basis. The Client Services Executive will be providing private client and corporate administration support service to a team of advisors and clients. You will be continually providing a high-quality service to the advisors and clients in the processing of new business and the ongoing servicing of existing clients.
Some of the responsibilities of the Client Services Executive include:
- Processing of new business and documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards.
- Preparing for adviser/client appointments including collation of meeting packs, obtaining quotations, illustrations.
- Point of contact for clients, to liaise on behalf of appointed adviser/s.
- Dealing with client queries, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
- Inputting and ongoing maintenance of data on internal systems ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
- General administration, ensuring the client service is of a high standard.
- Dealing with advisor charge, fees and commission enquiries.
- TCF - Treating Customers Fairly - to pay due regard to the interests of our clients and treat them fairly in line with our TCF Mission Statement.
- FCA Obligations - to operate within the Firms own designated compliance procedures and the relevant FCA rules.
- Provide support to the Client Service Manager.
Client Services Executive - What we are looking for.
- Experience working in an administration role within the financial services industry, preferably IFA or Wealth Management.
- Mortgage administration and new business processing experience preferable
- 5 GSCEs or equivalent. A-level / BTEC National qualifications desirable.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, having the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
- To be adaptable within an ever-changing environment with the ability to work to tights deadlines.
