Intelligent Pensions in Glasgow are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Client Support Apprentice. Intelligent Pensions deliver a service to individuals all over the UK that covers wider pension and investment advice, in addition to other areas of later-life planning when it comes to finances.

What will I be doing?

  • Working to become a system expert on Inteliflow, using this to maintain client records and ensuring data is always accurate and update to date
  • Acting as a first point of contact and responding to / escalating client queries
  • Implementing investment transactions on various systems such as Nucleus
  • Wide use of Microsoft Office Package to complete various daily tasks
  • Preparing for annual review meetings – Dynamic Planner links, helping to create presentations and supporting documents
  • Distributing e-mails to various team members on Outlook
  • Ah-hoc client requests such as POA filing, expression of wish and change of addresses/contact details updating this information on Inteliflow
  • Liaising with various providers

Salary:

£16,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
