The Role:
This is a brand new role in the business, which we're hugely excited about. With the organisation having their own bespoke software, learning and training will be provided. You'll be on hand over the phone and email to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues your clients may have.
Also working with them to understand how you can make the software easier and user friendly and provide feedback back to the wider team.
The difference with this role and it will include face-to-face meetings with clients. Most clients prefer someone on site for them to explain their challenges, rather it all being phone-base.
So, ideally, we're looking for someone from a supporting background but also with the social and commercial skills to meet with clients both at their site and at events.
Responsibilities:
* Travel for on-site meetings and exhibitions
* Deliver exceptional technical support, both on-site and in-office
* Get to the roots of the individual needs of customers and help to implement processes and bespoke solutions.
* Quoting for and building custom forms and functions to client specifications
* Take detailed notes and create documentation for clients
* Conduct training sessions
* Proactively managing your own workload
* Help to manage client expectations and timescales
* Escalating support tickets to second line or development, in a timely manner, with sufficient detail and clarity
* Assisting with technical aspects of sales prospects
About you:
* Experience in Customer Service (SaaS support experience is beneficial, but not required)
* A valid UK driving license
* Strong IT skills (basic web coding, JSON or SQL database knowledge also beneficial)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a diplomatic nature
* A keen eye for details
* Exceptional problem-solving skills
