We have a great opportunity for an experienced ClientTax Manager, ideally with 3–5 years experience and ACA, ATT, CTA qualified (or qualified by experience), to join a well–established, successful and growing accountancy practice in East Sussex, on a full or part time basis.
Joining a fabulous team of dynamic individuals and working closely with the Directors, the Tax Manager will undertake a senior role within the firm.
Our client is looking for someone who is keen to join a fast–growing accountancy and tax specialist firm to support their continued success and growth; this role offers genuine long–term opportunities with the option for mentoring being offered by the practice owner.

Key responsibilities as the Tax Manager will include:
- Managing and growing a diverse portfolio of clients
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns
- Offering a tax advisory service to clients
- Drafting reports and letters of advice
- Liaising with clients and attending meetings
- Ensuring all tax compliance processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Supervising team members and providing support as necessary
- Working closely with the Directors to support the continued success and growth of the firm
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Tax Accountant / Tax Manager (ACA, ATT or CTA)
- Previous accountancy practice experience providing tax accountancy to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Solid understanding of UK tax laws
- Ability to build strong working relationships with existing and new clients
- IT literacy including MS Office and Xero
- Confident communication skills
- Ambitious, dynamic and forward–thinking nature
- Desire to work in a rapid–growth environment
