Deputy Home Manager (Clinical) - Nursing Home

Position: Deputy Home Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified )

Hours: Full time (Clinical and Supernumerary)

Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (37.5 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

Key responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:

• Previous management skills are essential.
• Ability to administer and order medicines in accordance with home policies.
• Assist the Manager in establishing and maintaining auditing systems for quality assurance.
• Adhere to the NMC codes of conduct.
• Provide professional supervision and support to care and nursing staff.
• Effective communication with relatives and healthcare professionals is crucial.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of home management and care.
• Candidates in senior nursing roles seeking advancement are encouraged to apply.
