We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager for an outstanding nursing care home, which was created with the specific purpose of assisting in elderly care.
You'll need to be versatile, flexible, and able to supervise employees so that they can help people regain their independence through empowerment, active support, risk-taking that is constructive, and creative thinking.
Experience and qualifications:
- Strong background as a service/Home Manager.
- Show effective leadership in managing and challenging the Care staff and ensure a smooth run of the facility.
- Experience managing a nursing home or NMC pin.
