St Mary's Veterinary Surgery, Tamworth
Salary up to £85,000 depending on experience plus a relocation allowance up to £5,000
A very rare and exciting opportunity has become available as St Mary’s Veterinary Surgery are looking for a dedicated and committed Clinical Director to join the team. You may be an experienced Clinical Director looking to transfer to a new team, or you may be a Vet in practice who is looking to step up into their first leadership role. We believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that extends beyond our individual practice. With our dedicated Area Team, you will have the opportunity to meet and collaborate regularly with like-minded professionals in similar roles. Our commitment to providing a nurturing atmosphere is further strengthened by the presence of an Area Director and Area Support Manager who are dedicated to supporting and guiding you in your role.
Your day to day duties include consulting and operating alongside a team of dedicated and experienced nursing staff, as well as ensuring high standards of care and service to both patients and clients alike, driving sustainability and productivity. You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the strategic direction of the practice and contribute to the growth of the business and the clinical excellence it offers.

The role will include working 40 hours per week over 4/5 days. The practice opening hours are from 8:00am-6:00pm with the shift pattern being negotiable. You may be required to work some Saturday morning shifts however this is also negotiable. There are no out of hours and part time applications will be considered.

You will be working with 4 registered veterinary nurses and a dedicated Practice Manager along with an experienced and regular locum. Having a strong and dedicated nursing team as well as a wonderful practice manager you'll be in safe and supportive hands when embracing this new and exciting journey.
