Salary Position: Clinical Lead
Pay rate: £22 per hour, Earn up to £42,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!
Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex
36 hours available with Supernumerary hours
Overtime available

The beautiful home is known to ensure both their staff and residents receive the best management & support. Responsibilities as a Clinical lead:
* Supervision of staff, residents and home
* Reporting back to deputy home manager & home manager
* Ensure home is maintaining CQC standards and NMC code of conducts are being followed
* Staff motivation
* Liaising with GPs/families and ensuring all tasks are effectively delegated
