Our client is on the search for an experienced Clinical Lead based in Godalming.
Salary £47000 - £48000 per annum
Our client supports people living with a variety of complex dementia types including Alzheimer’s, Vascular Dementia, Frontal Lobe dementia’s and dementia types associated with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Stroke.
Reporting to the Home Manager, the Clinical Lead Nurse will lead, guide and support the Nursing Team to continuously improve the quality of care for the residents, ensuring compliance with CQC Guidelines. You will write and review Care Plans, assessing resident’s individual physical, mental and social needs. Mentoring and monitoring a team of Nurses as a Clinical Lead Nurse you will be required to maintain and promote relationships with GP's, Social Services and other professional bodies.
Must ideally be a Clinical Lead or unit manager or senior nurse, but ideally will have worked in a nursing home as a Clinical Lead or deputy manager level.
- Qualified Adult Nurse (RGN)
- Currently Registered with the NMC and have the legal right to work in the UK
- Strong management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to motivate and mentor the Nursing Team
- Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
- Currently be a Clinical Lead Nurse or Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse
