About the Role: Gilbert Meher is pleased to collaborate with a leading client in the healthcare sector to recruit a motivated Clinical Lead for a facility in Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to provide Clinical Leadership and support to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Clinical Leadership and support to the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of appropriate interventions.
- Mentor and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and other healthcare professionals to optimize resident care outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with active NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a Clinical Leadership role within a care home setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
