We are looking for a GP to join a leading GP Federation who work across the UK. Recently taken over to bring improvement and stability my client has implemented their operations to this 12,500-patient clinic from February. The Clinical Lead will ensure safe and efficient services are delivered to the patients of this picturesque seaside town.
You will use your experience and knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance and compliance to provide and lead the services working closely with the Business Manager and Head of Primary Care designing a delivering a model of care. As the most senior clinician, you will promote a collaborative and creative team through your ability to lead, problem-solve and communicate.
