Induction/Training and Development :
- The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme for their Registered Nurse's, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts of a minimum of 2 weeks to 6 weeks before nurses get started. Registered Nurse's ( RGN/RMN/RNLD ) will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
